This is a working plant, not a showroom, and it is by appointment — call before you drive over so someone is there to meet you.
You can bring the rug to us, or we can collect it from your home and bring it back when it's finished. Most customers use the pickup — a rolled rug is heavier and more awkward than people expect, and a wet or soiled one shouldn't ride in a car interior.
We look at the rug with you, check the fiber, the dyes and the condition, and tell you what it needs before anything is agreed. The price is set at that inspection — not over the phone, and not after the work.
